Pilates Bodyworks South Yarra is a boutique studio that offers high-quality Private & Small Group Classes (maximum of 4 people per class). We have highly qualified and experienced Pilates teachers who will help address each of the above and more. We use mixed Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ballet Barre, Spring Wall, Bodhi Suspension System, etc.. Our classes are tailored to your goals and the needs of your body. We firmly believe maximum benefits are achieved from proper technique, close supervision and quality teaching. We are renowned for our commitment to personal Pilates training and rapid results.
We recognise no two bodies are the same. Participants in our classes consist of people with different postures, varying fitness levels and needs. Some may experience back pain, hip problems, knee issues, stiff neck and shoulders or other injuries. Others may have no issues and are fit and capable of varying exercises. It is hence very important the exercises are catered to each individual. You perform exercises that are different to the person next to you as you both have different bodies, fitness capabilities and goals.
Our classes are small and the environment is friendly, warm and fun. The exercises can be challenging without being intimidating. You will learn to use muscles you never knew existed. You will feel great when you walk out the door after each class.
